1- Orders cannot be retrieved via the store’s website.
2- If the customer wants to return the order, he must contact the store’s technical support.
3- The customer takes care of returning the orders to the store and bears all the costs.
4- The amount will be returned to the customer after inspecting the shipment and its integrity from damage.
5- If there are damages in the returned shipment – the customer bears an amount of 30 riyals to send the shipment back to him.
